Making a Referral

We operate on a referral basis, and professional services such as health, education, social, or other support agencies working with families with children from birth to 18 years who require support can complete our referral form by clicking the button below. We aim to get our care packages to the family within one week. However, we understand that sometimes referrals can be an emergency. If you have a family that requires items urgently, you can add that it’s an emergency on your form.

We understand that professional services are best placed to provide support and identify families who may need this service. We work with services to provide the essential items that every child needs to thrive.

How Do Referrals Work?

We all need a little support sometimes, and if you or your family could use a helping hand, we’re here to help. If you’re in need, please ask your Health Visitor, Midwife, Social Worker, or another support agency to contact us on your behalf. For those without a support worker, you can reach out to us directly, and we’ll put you in touch with someone who can help send a referral for you.

Asking for help is courageous and a true sign of strength. Our support includes nappies, formula milk, clothing, bedding, blankets, cots, toddler beds, prams, bottles, sterilising units, and much more.
