This week marked an exciting milestone for Halo as we celebrated the launch of our new donation station drop-off wall at the Eastgate Shopping Centre! Located on the Falcon Square side on the second floor, this station is designed with convenience in mind, featuring pull-down drawers to make donating as easy as possible.
To mark this special occasion, we hosted a family-friendly opening day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit. Families enjoyed face painting, live performances, nail painting, hair tinsel, play workshops, interactive fun sessions, and so much more. It was a joy to see so many smiling faces come together to celebrate this new chapter for Halo.
The launch of this donation station is more than just a practical addition—it’s a huge step forward for us as a charity. Having this easily accessible drop-off point in the heart of Inverness allows people to donate while they shop or if they’re passing through the city centre. It provides a more convenient option for those who may not be able to make it to our Halo HQ or other drop-off points.
We are incredibly grateful to the Eastgate Shopping Centre for this wonderful partnership. Their support has made this vision a reality, and we’re excited to see how this new donation station helps us grow and reach even more families in need.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on the opening day and to all who continue to support Halo. Your generosity is what makes everything we do possible. Together, we’re making a difference—one donation at a time. 💛
If you haven’t had a chance yet, stop by our donation station at the Eastgate, and see how easy it is to help make a difference. Every donation brings hope to local children and families, and we couldn’t do it without you!
