This award recognises individuals who go above and beyond to support their teams and organisations, and we can think of no one more deserving than Cath. Her commitment, kindness, and tireless dedication perfectly reflect the values at the heart of Halo.
It was a fantastic evening celebrating inspiring women across the Highlands, and we were absolutely delighted to see Cath’s hard work recognised in this way.
Cath is an integral part of the Halo family. As a volunteer, she gives her time, energy, and compassion to support children and families when they need it most. Like so many of our volunteers, Cath works with quiet dedication, always willing to go the extra mile to help others.
At Halo, our volunteers truly are our charity. Every volunteer brings something special whether they’re helping behind the scenes, supporting at events, fundraising in their communities, or offering a listening ear when it’s needed most. Their generosity, kindness, and commitment make it possible for us to reach families across the Highlands and provide care, comfort, and hope.
Cath’s award is a wonderful recognition of her individual contribution, but it also shines a light on the incredible impact our entire volunteer team has every single day. We are endlessly grateful to each and every one of them for choosing to support Halo and the children and families we serve.
